Peeling resistant is a very important function for sportswear. To determine the abrasion and pilling resistance of all kinds of textile structures. Samples are rubbed against known Abadan’s at low pressures and in continuously changing directions and the amount of abrasion or pilling is compared against standard parameters.
Our fabrics on swatches were passed 600 rotations/780 cN peeling test by tester machine.
This test situation is 150 g weight pressure and scratch with twill rough fabric. It will scratch each other 600 times.
